The ACCEPT Academic Portal: Bringing Together Pre-editing, MT and Post-editing into a Learning Environment

June 2015

In early 2015, the ACCEPT team has released the ACCEPT Academic Portal, a showcase of the ACCEPT European project (2012-2014). To make the ACCEPT technology accessible to a wider public and, in particular, to teachers and students, the original ACCEPT Portal was transformed into an easy-to-use fully-integrated online platform that combines the typical modules of a machine translation workflow and is specifically designed for academic purposes.

The new version of the portal has been demonstrated at the AIETI conference in Malaga, Spain (29-31 January 2015) and at the EAMT 2015 conference in Antalya, Turkey (11-13 May 2015).
