Curriculum vitae

As community product manager at Symantec, Jason Rickard is responsible for driving the development and adoption of social media-related technologies including crowdsourcing. This has included the launch of a web-based community translation application, In Product Community, Global Community Management and Social CRM. Jason joined Symantec in 2004 after creating, building, implementing and growing communities via both social networking and traditional marketing methods with his previous company Grafton Web.
