Acrolinx GmbH is a privately-held technology company based in Berlin, Germany. Founded at the beginning of 2002, acrolinx is now the recognised market leader in language technology for Information Quality Assurance through their flagship product, acrolinx IQ. Most of acrolinx’ customers are global companies facing the challenge of delivering complex product information to their customers worldwide. The core acrolinx technologies are often used in conjunction with Machine Translation technologies.

Role in the project
acrolinx will bring in expertise about standards and rules in technical writing, as well as Machine Translation. The company has a long record on developing software for authoring support of technical documentation. Therefore, acrolinx software will be used to define rules in WP2 and WP3 and to log the user behavior in WP9.
