Monolingual Postediting

Objectives:

• We will carry out user studies that explore how monolingual speakers of the target language with no or little proficiency of the source language can be aided by machine translation systems to translate.
• We will carry out user studies, develop novel types of assistance to the monolingual translator, and learn from the edited translation.
